Gratin of summer berries
A simple, sophisticated dessert
Enjoy these banana bread-style baked oats. Filled with fibre and protein, you could serve it on its own as a snack, or with yogurt and fruit for breakfast
Nutrition: Per serving
Heat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl, then add the mashed banana, milk and egg, stirring until you have a cake batter consistency.
Oil a small baking dish or 4 individual ramekins, then spoon in. Swirl through the peanut butter, then bake for 20-25 mins until risen and golden brown. Remove from the oven and leave to cool slightly. Serve with yogurt, berries and more peanut butter.
